PoEPicker is not a guarantee of product fitness, professional installation quality, legal compliance, or security outcome. You remain responsible for verifying the final design and purchase details for your use case.

To the extent allowed by law, PoEPicker is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site, reliance on site content, or transactions completed with third-party merchants.

PoEPicker may update features, product coverage, policies, or these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
